1Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "1xbe," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 1xbe platform accessible at 1xbe.one.
- "Platform" means the 1xbe website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services offered thereon.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 1xbe Platform.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 1xbe Platform.
- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
- "Bonus Credits" means any promotional funds, free spins, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by 1xbe's operational policies.
2Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 1xbe Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting 1xbe customer support.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1xbe. We strongly recommend that you save or print a copy for your records.
1xbe reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date indicated at the top. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
3Eligibility
To register and use the 1xbe Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and online gaming.
- You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 1xbe, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 1xbe Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
Age Verification: 1xbe is strictly a 21+ platform. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age and identity. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
4Account Registration
To access the full range of 1xbe services, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one Account on the 1xbe Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 1xbe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Identity Verification (KYC): 1xbe may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
- Account Suspension: 1xbe reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1xbe Platform are subject to the following terms:
- Accepted Payment Methods: 1xbe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), debit cards, and local Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method.
- Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits
are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of deposited funds.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your Account settings.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
- Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Real-money balances not subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification requirements.
- Currency: All transactions on the 1xbe Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
6Bonuses & Promotions
1xbe offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and identity verification, unless otherwise specified.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
- Bonus credits and any winnings derived therefrom will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period specified for that bonus.
- 1xbe reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method deemed abusive by 1xbe will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and derived winnings.
7Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the 1xbe Platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed. 1xbe does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the specific game or sport rules applicable to that bet.
- In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, 1xbe reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted by 1xbe at any time.
- For sports betting, results are determined based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, FIBA). In the event of a dispute, 1xbe's determination of the official result shall be final.
- Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended or restricted at any time at 1xbe's discretion.
- 1xbe reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.
8Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1xbe Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
- Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 1xbe staff or other Players.
9Intellectual Property
All content on the 1xbe Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 1xbe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 1xbe.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software.
- Use any 1xbe trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
- Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1xbe's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1xbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data.
- Any technical errors, system failures, or network outages beyond 1xbe's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 1xbe's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11Privacy & Data Protection
1xbe collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
1xbe complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 1xbe, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in Section 15.
12Responsible Gaming
1xbe is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
- Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
- Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 1xbe Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

1xbe strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform. If you are aware of a minor accessing the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.
13Termination
Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time:
- By You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting 1xbe customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.
- By 1xbe: 1xbe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. In cases of termination for cause, 1xbe may withhold Account balances pending investigation.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms & Conditions shall immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Platform.
14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 1xbe Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, 1xbe's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. To initiate a dispute, contact 1xbe customer support with full details of your complaint.
